Vega de San Martín get a get a Bronze Medal in the World Cheese Awards 2014
This weekend has taken place in the 26th edition of the World Cheese Awards in London, where they have participated 2.600 cheeses from 33 countries, with a jury made up of 250 tasters of 26 nationalities in charge of selecting the best cheeses of each section.
The cheese award-winning has been the Capricho de cabra Vega de San Martín, a soft paste made with raw milk from their own goats.
