In the l Contest Master Cheese-makers of the Hall of the Cheese of Andalucía. Our Capricho de Cabra has achieved Gold medal for a Master of Cheese for 2019 in the category of a paperback goat.

 

These are cheeses made with raw milk or pasteurized goat clotting enzyme or mixed with natural bark. They have a soft texture or a very soft and a maturation period of a minimum of 7 days.
